‘All That Remained of a Perfect Cube’ resulted (after much rumination) from the trials of joining corrugated metal together, whilst making 'Un-Contained'. I had the idea to buy a 3 ton WW2 mill to machine ‘profiles’ into solid aluminium. The resulting playful geometry was perfect, automatic and extremely unusual. Following this piece, I used my ‘technique’ to make 'Crypto-Synthesis Maquette'.
