‘Un-Contained’, and it’s maquette were a marathon of a project lasting 18 months full time, using archaic self-invented enlargement methods, barely a budget to work with and many trials and tribulations along the way. The learning curve was near vertical, but the result was worth it. Private art collectors bought Un-Contained for their splendid garden, complementing their magnificent modernist house near Bath.
